Dr. Maitre has over 12 years of experience in health care. After graduating from nursing school, she went to work in Switzerland. Upon her return, Dr. Maitre worked on the medical-surgical and cardiac decision units in a local hospital, and subsequently focused in pain management and women’s health.
She is passionate about empowering women to make evidence based health care decisions that lead to positive life long changes. Dr. Maitre encourages the integration of traditional, lifestyle, and alternative medicine that is often overlooked in health care. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and French.
